Together with Maria Grazia Marchesi, the creator of the Poschiavo Herb Festival, an expert gatherer and cook of wild herbs, I have decided to organise this dinner where we will try to bring Engadin nature to your plate. A journey through herbs, flowers, moss, pine cones and mushrooms, sought out by us, collected by us, interpreted by us....

This four-handed dinner I like to call it like this. Gilbert Stöhr, the historic manager of the Chesa Stuva Colani, about whom I have heard great things from our customers over the years, is finally returning for a day to the Colani, which has been his home for more than 20 years.
It will be an unforgettable dinner where the past meets the future with historical dishes by Gilbert and dishes of my own.

Gilbert Stöhr grew up in Dammarie Les Lys in France, and from 1985 to 2005 he ran the Hotel Chesa Stüva Colani together with his wife Jole. In 1990 they opened 'Tavolino', where only home-made pasta was served. In addition an à la carte restaurant, known for its Mediterranean cuisine, where in 1993 Gilbert Stöhr was awarded a Michelin star.
