COLANI BISTROT – a «Bib Gourmand»

The Colani Bistrot is the little brother of our gourmet restaurant. Opened in 2020, it has become a place where you are warmly welcomed every day of the week in a relaxed atmosphere. Our offer varies depending on the time of day: at lunchtime, we serve light dishes, and in the afternoon, we offer snacks, delicious pastries and cakes. We also recommend our homemade ‘gelato artigianale’.
At the cocktail bar, our barman creates an excellent selection of trendy concoctions made from wild herbs and spirits that are distilled in the in-house rotary evaporator. These unusual aperitifs can be combined with tempting finger food or even a full meal.

The menu offers seasonal dishes made from local products, carefully prepared by our chefs for you and your family.

We are particularly proud of the fact that the 2024 Michelin Guide has awarded the bistrot a ‘Bib Gourmand’: this distinction stands for excellent value for money.
