The COLANI BISTROT

is the little brother of our gourmet restaurant, born in 2020 it has become a space where every day of the week you can find a warm welcome made up of sincere smiles and a casual ambience that changes at different times of the day, suitable for quick and light lunches, in the afternoon for a snack or a delicious cake from our wide selection of artisan pastries and ice- cream parlours.

Then there is the cocktails bar where our barman proposes an excellent variety of avant-garde mixologists with wild herbs and drinks distilled by us with the rotavapor, excellent aperitifs to be paired with appetising finger foods and why not to the whole meal.

The menu features seasonal dishes with local ingredients, which our chefs prepare with care for you and your family.
